Our commitment is to provide you with the best possible experience. However, considering the nature of cosmetic products, once delivered, they cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
In the event of receiving a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, you may initiate a return within 7 days from the delivery date. Please reach out to our support team at support@thegangsterclub.com and provide photos of the invoice and the product(s) to facilitate the process.
Rest assured, if you receive the wrong products, we will not charge for replacements, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Your trust in Gangster is our priority.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be initiated within 48 working hours of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
